We are happy to announce the merger of our companies CARMYCO MANUFACTURE OF ADHESIVES, VARNISHES AND PAINTS SOCIETE ANONYME<\/strong> and THRAKON MORTARS OF THRACE SOCIETE ANONYME<\/strong>, under the title of the latter, THRAKON MORTARS OF THRACE SOCIETE ANONYME<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The completion of the merger leads our companies to a new corporate entity, enhancing our position in the global market.
