Description
STATUS STEEL is a varnish for metallic surfaces with a special composition, containing alkyd resins and anticorrosive additives for long-term protection. Protects metals from oxidization, humidity, blackening and decay of time, while at the same time it beautifies the healthy or rusty metal as well as alloys containing iron by preserving their gloss with-out altering the existing appearance of the metal. Easily applied without dripping.

Application Steps
The surface should necessarily be durable, dry and free from any dust, oils or rust for good adhesion. Remove all loose or peeled previous paints. Surfaces formerly painted with oil colors should be sanded and dusted well. Stir well before and during use so that the product can be as homogeneous as possible.
Step 2Stir well the content of the container before use, dilute accordingly, and apply the product taking care to cover all difficult points of the surface, such as, corners, hollows, etc.
Step 3Apply crosswise and evenly two layers with brush or roller.
Step 4Allow 16 hours between applications for the varnish to dry and then sand lightly.
Step 5Avoid thick layers and apply at temperatures between +10 °C and +25°C.
Step 6Touch dry after 5-6 hours
Step 7Fully hardened after 24 hours
Step 8After the application, close the container tightly so that it can be maintained in good condition for future use. It can be stored in a sealed container without any problem for a long time.
Storage
Store in tightly closed container for 36 months of the date of production in a cool and dry place.
