D-BOND PU 2K

D-BOND PU 2K is a two-component, polyurethane adhesive with a wide range of applications. It is suitable for very demanding indoor, outdoor applications and for underfloor heating. It is used for the adhesion of various types of parquet, PVC as well as synthetic grass on cementitious substrates or surfaces with existing ceramic tiles.

D-BOND PU 2K is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates for the adhesion of PVC, synthetic grass and various types of parquet. It is suitable for applications on:

-PVC

-Wood

-Polystyrene

-Cementitious substrates

-Bitumen surfaces

-Sports terrain

-Rubber

The product is suitable for underfloor heating and walkable after 24 hours for small loads and 7 days for heavy loads.

Insert the contents of component B into component A and mix slowly using an electric stirrer until a uniform mixture is formed. You should always mix the complete quantities of components A and B, as small deviations may cause significant differences to the properties of the final hardened product. At low temperatures, the product loses its workability, resulting in mixing difficulties. At high temperatures, material curing is accelerated.

After mixing, apply the product by spreading it on the surface with a toothed spatula. The product’s open time is 60 min at +23οC. Place the tiles on the surface of the product by pressing gently until they reach the correct position. Excess product should be cleaned immediately. If necessary, apply weight on the tiles.

Component A is stored in a dry environment at temperatures above 0oC for 24 months from the production date, while component B for 12 months from the production date.
