FLOOR SEAL W

Description

FLOOR SEAL W is a resinous, water-based floor stabilizer with high penetration capacity. It is applied to cement-based floors to prevent the formation of dust, while sealing the pores of the surface, thus minimizing its water absorbency. It is also used on brittle surfaces to stabilize them and improve their abrasion resistance. After application, it becomes transparent; therefore, it does not affect the surface aesthetically.

Application Fields

FLOOR SEAL W is suitable for stabilizing, reducing the absorbency, and increasing the surface hardness of:

  • Cement-based floors
  • Concrete

It is recommended for indoor and outdoor applications.

Implementation Steps

Stir the contents of the container well before use. The temperature during application should be between +5°C and +35°C. FLOOR SEAL W is applied, without dilution, by airless gun, brush or roller, evenly until saturation. Where necessary (very absorbent substrates), a second coat is applied after the first coat has completely dried.

Storage

Stored in its original, sealed container in a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C for 24 months from its production date.
