POTENTIAL CAYSES OF THE PROBLEM
a) Poor room ventilation
b) Collection of high moisture content in the field
c) Moisture problems from the exterior walls
SOLUTION
- Rub the surface and remove loose parts
- Good cleaning of the surface
- Prime the surface of application with quartz sand primer GLX 298
- Application of thermal insulation plates on surface, gluying them with THC 403 adhesive
- Application of pegs for holding thermal insulation plates
- Apply the first layer of fiber-reinforced, base coat, THC 405
- As long as THC 405 is still wet, firmly put CLIMAPLUS fiberglass mesh (160 g/m2)
- Then, apply a second layer of fiber-reinforced, base coat, THC 405, in order to completely cover the mesh
- Prime the surface of application with the colored acrylic primer GLX 494 PRIM
- Apply the organic acrylic based top coating DEC 428, tinted at the required shade chosen from CLIMAPLUS fan deck

9: Prime the surface with the colored silicone based primer GLX 498 SIL PRIM
10: Application of organic silicone based top coating DEC 438, tinted at the required shade chosen from CLIMAPLUS fan deck
