SOLUTION

1. Rub the surface and remove loose parts
2. Good cleaning of the surface
3. Prime the surface of application with quartz sand primer GLX 298
4. Application of thermal insulation plates on surface, gluying them with THC 403 adhesive
5. Application of pegs for holding thermal insulation plates
6. Apply the first layer of fiber-reinforced, base coat, THC 405
7. As long as THC 405 is still wet, firmly put CLIMAPLUS fiberglass mesh (160 g/m2)
8. Then, apply a second layer of fiber-reinforced, base coat, THC 405, in order to completely cover the mesh
9. Prime the surface of application with the colored acrylic primer GLX 494 PRIM
10. Apply the organic acrylic based top coating DEC 428, tinted at the required shade chosen from CLIMAPLUS fan deck

ATTENTION: In case that the application is at a seaside area or area with high moisture content, THRAKON suggests the application of our silicone system. In such case, proceed to the following steps:

10: Application of organic silicone based top coating DEC 438, tinted at the required shade chosen from CLIMAPLUS fan deck
