What do we need?

Roller, trowel, brush, sponge, notched and stainless-steel finishing trowel, spray gun or plastering machine, plastering trowel.

STEP 1 Floor Screed: NSD 600 Floor Screed is applied for floor levelling, smoothing and grading. The material is applied mechanically using a continuous mixing machine or manually. It is evenly applied at a thickness of 3–10 cm, creating a durable and stable surface with high mechanical strength and strong adhesion to concrete. It is suitable for preparing floors before the installation of tiles, marble, parquet and other final floor finishes. NSD 600 offers excellent workability, can be applied on sloping surfaces and provides high compressive and flexural strength, ensuring a stable and reliable substrate.
STEP 2 Substrate Levelling: NSF 610 Self-Levelling Mortar is applied for levelling, repairing and preparing floors before the installation of various floor coverings. The material is applied mechanically or manually onto suitably prepared substrates, creating a smooth, uniform and high-strength surface. It is easily poured and spread, while its self-levelling properties allow it to distribute evenly without extensive mechanical finishing. It is applied at thicknesses of up to 10 mm and is ideal for filling cavities, correcting surface imperfections and levelling existing floors before the installation of wooden flooring. NSF 610 provides strong adhesion to concrete, rapid strength development and high resistance to moisture, ageing, oils and solvents, ensuring a sound and durable substrate for flooring applications.
STEP 3 Parquet Installation: After approximately 24 hours, CM-PK water-based parquet adhesive is applied, suitable for strong bonding of parquet flooring to substrates such as cement. The adhesive is applied to a clean and dry floor using a notched trowel, spreading the adhesive only onto the substrate. The parquet is installed immediately before skin formation occurs, ensuring a strong and stable bond. Thorough mixing of the material is required before use.
