What do we need?

Surface preparation, application of the render system, priming and application of the final protective coating

STEP 1 Surface Preparation: Clean the surface to remove oils, loose materials, dust, etc. Where protrusions such as tie wires are present, they should be cut to a depth of 3 cm. Thoroughly wet the surface to saturation and repair the affected areas using REPIFIX POWER WRM 525.
STEP 2 Surface Preparation: Before application of the final render, apply the spatter coat SHP 205. The product is applied mechanically using a spray gun or plastering machine and, where required, manually using a plastering trowel. Apply evenly to masonry, concrete and ceilings, creating a rough surface that acts as a bonding bridge for subsequent render layers. Apply at a thickness of 5 mm, ensuring complete coverage of the surfaces and voids. SHP 205 contributes to uniform substrate absorption and proper surface preparation for the final rendering.
STEP 3 Final Render Coat: Apply the water-repellent render NHP 255 WR. The product is applied mechanically using a continuous mixing machine or plastering machine and, where required, manually. Apply evenly over the SHP 205 spatter coat on masonry, concrete and other suitably prepared surfaces, providing excellent adhesion, levelling and final finishing in a single coat. Apply at a thickness of 10–20 mm, providing full surface coverage and creating a smooth and uniform appearance. NHP 255 WR is water-repellent, allows the substrate to breathe and contributes to high durability and long-term protection of the render system.
STEP 4 Surface Priming: Apply the micronized acrylic water-based primer STATUS AQUADUR before painting to properly prepare the surfaces. The product can be easily applied by brush, roller or airless spray. It penetrates deeply into renders, stabilizing loose areas and reducing substrate absorption. It creates a strong bonding bridge for subsequent paint coats while allowing the substrate to breathe. STATUS AQUADUR improves the coverage, performance and durability of the final paint, ensuring a high-quality and long-lasting surface finish.
STEP 5 Final Surface: After thorough mixing and dilution with 5–10% water, apply STATUS ALL WEATHER by roller, brush or airless spray in one or two coats, allowing 4–6 hours between coats. Upon drying, it forms a continuous, elastic and durable protective membrane that bridges hairline cracks and accommodates substrate movement without cracking or peeling. It provides excellent protection against moisture, UV radiation, atmospheric and chemical pollutants, as well as adverse weather conditions such as rain, frost and high temperatures. At the same time, it allows the surface to breathe, inhibits mould growth and maintains its aesthetic appearance for an extended period. The surface is touch-dry after approximately 2–3 hours and can be recoated after 4–6 hours.
