POTENTIAL CAUSES OF THE PROBLEM
a) Applicaiton of paint under prohibitive weather conditions (high temperatures)
b) Potential leakage inside the wall
c) Poor plaster created these bulges
SOLUTION
1: Dismantling of the loose and good cleaning of the surface with brush. If there is moisture should let it dry before moving on to rehabilitation
2: Fill where required with STATUS 100% acrylic stucco
3: Prime with primer STATUS POLYPRIMER
4: Application of two layers of STATUS ECO
