Description

PRIMO ACRYLIC PAINT is an aqueous dispersion of acrylic paint for exterior use. Due to its special composition, it exhibits increased resistance to alkalis and can be applied to concrete surfaces as well as every kind of cement-based surface after proper preparation. Offers high water-repellency and excellent resistance to adverse atmospheric conditions, industrial and atmospheric pollutants and UV radiation over time. It has strong adhesion to all kinds of surfaces, low odor, dries quickly and is absolutely friendly for the user and the environment. Its special formulation provides excellent breathability and high whiteness.

Application Steps

Step 1

Before applying, ensure that the surface is clean, dry, robust and free from dust, mold and grease. Remove damaged, or peeling old paint. Where putting is required, use the STATUS 100% ACRYLIC PUTTY and after drying, sand the surface and clean the dust thoroughly. If there are large cracks, use the readyto-use white stucco STATUS ONE COVER, fill the cracks applying just one coat without sanding. On new surfaces, prime with STATUS ACRYLIC PRIMER, STATUS AQUADUR or FLEX PRIM GLX 292 before the application. In the case of fresh plaster or cement, let the surface dry thoroughly for at least one month before painting. On gypsum boards or for repainting water painted surfaces (with lime or glue) or soiled surfaces (nicotine, soot from heaters, soot, fumes, coffee, juice, graffiti, inks, markers, mildew, mould, moisture, oil etc.) prime first with STATUS DUR. Do not ever paint surfaces that may contain moisture. Frist make sure that the cause of the moisture has stopped and that the surface is completely dry.

Step 2

Mix well before use, dilute properly and apply 1-2 coats of paint.

Step 3

Allow at least 2-3 hours before applying the second coat.

Step 4

Close the container tightly after use to keep the paint in good condition for future use. You can store undiluted paint in a tightly sealed container for extended periods of time without affecting the quality of the product.

Storage

Store the original, sealed containers in dry environment at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C for 24 months from production date.
